I’ve scribbled in notebooks for as long as I can remember and have been publishing for over 25 years.  Initially, in the spare technical prose of project reports, later precise exposition in theses and academic journals

When my PhD supervisor told me that my submission read more like a thriller than a thesis, I realised it was time to change gear.

The transition from academic writing to prose which can be savoured has been supported by the Life Writing Collective,  well known journalist, Cathy Eden and a bevy of writerly friends.

I came seeking clarity, inspiration and a process for ‘sorting out’ my thinkings/feelings. I found a guide through making decisions that align with my wants and needs, plus the encouragement to do so.

Lisa is an excellent facilitator.
